Description

Also known as strawberry cake, a type of Japanese cake that is made with a soft and fluffy sponge cake base, layered with chantilly cream, fresh strawberries compote with light strawberry cream with our specially curated strawberry jelly layer. The cake is decorated with additional whipped cream and fresh strawberries on top.

Known for its light and airy texture, sweet and slightly tart flavour of the strawberries.

    Product Care

    Classic Cakes

    Cakes can last 1 hour in air-conditioned rooms. Otherwise please keep your cakes refrigerated. 

    Do not store cakes in freezer!
